JOB REQUIREMENT

Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management field. ; Minimum of 5/4 years of experience in HR of which 3 years are in manufacturing environment; In-depth knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Skills development and Employment Equity Act and a proven work experience track record in working within an HR generalist role; Knowledge of HR Management systems, preferable; Analytical and systematic problem solving skills; Ability to interact and communicate across different levels of seniority; Computer Literacy at an intermediate to advance level; Strategic thinking and  decision-making; Good planning and organizing skills / Project management / continuous improvement / Driving execution; Attention to detail / Conflict management; Able to work shifts when required.
