Main Purpose of Role
The Human Resource Superintendent spend most of his time managing TKGM’s HR function and works closely with Department Managers to implement correct policies and procedures as well as new initiatives and programs. This includes the management of the recruitment and selection process and the coordination of the induction process for new employees. This position also provides ongoing coaching and counselling to Managers in HR Practices for the effective management of employees and gives advice on workforce planning, retention programs and business structure. The building of a network with external HR practitioners is essential to this position.
Job Requirements
Minimum Required Qualification
- B.A. in Management or related field/Master in HR or related field preferred
Language requirements
- Amharic speaking & writing
- English speaking and writing
- Oromifa is mandatory
Minimum Required Work Experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a management position.
- Thorough understanding of the Ethiopian labour legislation
- Microsoft Office Experience
- ERP System Experience
