Hop Lun Apparel Ethiopia PLC is one of the largest manufacturing facilities located in Bahir Dar and a part of the Hop Lun group in Hong Kong. We are looking for a competent talented applicants for the following vacant posts.

Job Summary:

An IT executive/ Officer is responsible for: Overseeing Company IT functions, specific technology functions within the factory. Ability to project IT requirement/ budget and equipment needs, manage the networking and relates issues, maintain the computers, printers and other IT related hardware and software work.

Job Descriptions:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding all IT related quarries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Providing IT support across the factory.
• troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults replace parts as required
• Procedural documentation and relevant reports follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system support the roll-out of new applications.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Possibly training more junior staff members

Required Personal Specification

• BSC in computer Science, Computer Engineering and related Fields.
• Minimum of Two Years’ Experience in Garment or Similar Manufacturing Facility or high tech IT environment.
• A good memory of how software and operating systems work
• A technical, logical thought process
• Problem-solving skills.
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
• An ability to prioritize and delegate
