KMG Ethiopia (KMG) is women focused Board led Civil Society Organization currently operating in SNNPRS, Sidama and Oromiya Regions and runs integrated Community Development Interventions in Gender Equality, Women Empowerment, Girls Education and Sexual and Reproductive Health
KMG Ethiopia with financial support from Plan International Ethiopia is planning to update its HR and Financial Procedural Manuals. Thus, all interested consultancy firms are invited to compete for providing consultancy service as stated in the TOR, attached here below.

Applying Instructions
The deadline for submission of the bid document will be on the 13th of August, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.
Hence, all bidders are required to submit detailed Technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelopes separately and put together in one sealed envelope. All documents with regard to firm’s profile, team composition and CV of individual team members, copy of license and taxpayers registration documents and letter of recommendations from organizations that have been served before in similar works shall be attached to the technical proposal;
Bid document shall be deposited to the box provided for this purpose at the address mentioned below. Bid will be opened 3 days after the end of the bid period at 3:00 PM at KMG Ethiopia’s Office. The successful candidate will be informed within 3 days after the end of the evaluation. KMG Ethiopia reserves the rights to accept or reject any part or all of the bids.
