KAKI PLC is an official dealer and assembler of ISUZU in Ethiopia. It is also engaged in different business lines including import, export, metal fabrication, after sales services, and cargo freight transport operations. The company wishes to employ a qualified professional for the position ISUZU Parts Counter Sales Person.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

The ISUZU Spare Part Sales Officer is the first point of contact between the customer and the spare part sales department and is responsible for handling customers at the front counter & workshop counter by identifying right parts at the right time to meet customer requirements & carries out spare part sales activities following the company rules & procedures. He/she participates in the preparation of spare part sales action plan and schedules & prepares reports on spare part sales.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides information about the make, quality, price, etc. of spare part and promotes products of the company;
• Handle customers at the counter keeping customers satisfied with ISUZU products & services.
• Treat external or internal customers with the utmost respect and satisfying customers during the purchasing process.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand & know the required replacement part(s) based on purchase requisition, sample or oral communication.
• Refer to parts manuals to identify correct part numbers using Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Vehicle model, and year of manufacture in order to determine the required parts by customers.
• Provide price quotations by preparing proforma invoices to various customers and follow up issued proforma invoices for sales realization.
• Prepare cash /credit sales order (memo) by verifying readiness for payment settlement or approved purchase order list.
• Register lost sales parts in the system or follow- up format and forward the list for Inventory controller and order handler.
• Assists in registering and making a thorough follow-up on customer orders till delivery is finalized.
• Ensures that spare part are properly displayed in show rooms and that the show room is clean and attractive;
• Strive to work to meet customer satisfaction and minimizing complaints.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor/parts manager
  

Required Number : 2(Two)

Educational Background : B.Sc. Degree or Diploma/Level IV in Automotive, Marketing or other related field of study

Work Experience : 2 year for B.Sc. Degree or 4 Years for Diploma/Level IV with relevant sales & marketing skill in spare parts sales; preferably on ISUZU vehicles, trucks or machinery.
