Sunsisters Trading PLC is looking for a competent, motivated, experienced IT Officer to join the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. The IT Officer will take care of the day- to-day support and troubleshooting of all software and equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, and copier and telephone lines).

 Duties and Responsibilities: 

• IT Security
• Consulting new technology and solution to assist the business
• Website: Hosting, including liaising with web designers
• To assist with installation of ERP.
• Configuration and Troubleshoot server issues
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically Give remote support to users. (telephone, any Desk or TeamViewer)
• Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues,
• Assures system stability and security Analyzes problems and implement solutions according to relevant procedures Provide accurate information on IT products or services Demonstrate good social skills in a professional environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware, Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools,
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware,
• Required Experience: Mid-Level (2+ - 5 years’ experience)
