Vacancy AnnouncementPosition: Manager, Building Administration & General Service

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Providing customer service to residents and owners
• Managing relationships with vendors (elevator, security etc.)
• Oversight of daily activities in the compound
• Managing employees
• Calculating and Paying monthly payroll taxes of May Real Estate employees
• Paying utility bills
• Facilitate all matters with government offices etc.
• Performing all other duties as instructed by the Board.
• Manage a small petty cash

- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, MAY Real Estate Apartment Buildings around Kazanchis
- Salary: Negotiable

Job Requirement
• Degree in Management / Business Administration/ Economics or any other related fields
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a reverent position.
• Strong communication skills is a must
• Basic Computer skills like Microsoft Word, excel and etc are required.
• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing employees
• Basic English language skills to work with non-Ethiopian resident
