Essential Functions

  • Ensure new branch opening activity is  with prospective returns and operational as per the schedule;
  • Develop performance targets for  Branches within the district’s domain;
  • Monitor and follow-up proper implementation of policies, procedures and instructions as well as adherence to directives and other regulations.
  • Follow up the settlement of overdue loans and ensure appropriate actions are taken timely against defaulters;
  • Prepares a program for the progressive expansion of banks network of branches and setup of newly opened ones;
  • Cascade the Retail and SME strategy in to the district with consideration of district’s dynamics;
  • Ensure the  compilation of relevant information/ performance scorecard of branches/  district’s office
  • Continuously analyses the district’s market to identify changing trends and adapt the  strategy accordingly;
  • Actively participate in district’s community organizations and activities to enhance the Bank’s image/brand and develop additional business and referral sources;

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • MBA/BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics or any other related field

Experience

  • 8 years of relevant Banking experience, of which three 2 years in Supervisory or Head position.
