The jobholder is responsible to plan, organize, coordinates, supervises and controls the activities of the planning, HR, IT and Office Machine maintenance functions of the regional office. Designs strategies/tactics for its Regional Office to meet target and monitors its implementation; ensures effective and rational utilization of resources under the Regional Office. Leads Transaction monitoring and operation; Compliance and quality assurance to properly monitor transactions on the system, follow-up reconciliation and suspense management, ensuring procedural compliance, operational risk management and other operational matters of the regional office and timely rectification of major audit findings.
BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Banking & Finance plus minimum of 9 years banking experience out of which 3 years in supervisory position.
