Summary of Duty & Responsibility:

Plant & Equipment Administration Department Manager is assigned to the overall responsibility of maintaining plant & equipment of the Company assigned to its custody, has no line authority over project plant & Equipment Units, but is responsible for seeing to it that project shops are equipped and staffed up to the required level, provided with operational guidelines, and perform efficiently and economically

Duties & Responsibility:

  • Organize, directs, administers, staffs and control all matter related to the administration,
  • Manage and control Batching Plant Division, Workshop Division and Equipment Administration Division.
  • Follow up of repair and maintenance of the plant and equipment of the Company assigned to its custody (as equipment groups classified in the Equipment Administration Manual).
  • Prepares and submits to the Director, Plant and Equipment the internal regulation and budget of the Department related to the administration & maintenance of equipment and implements same upon approval.
  • Prepare annual insurance coverage program and apply the same when it finalized.
  • Follow up individual and total shop activity and executes ongoing service program.
  • Prepare and deliver orientation for new employees under the Department.
  • Prepare equipment and machinery classifications.
  • Follow up of equipment and machineries maintenance program.
  • Manage daily operations and Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility.
  • Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports
  • Control costs to achieve Company budget goals with regard to Batching Plant, Block Machine & all other equipment’s & machineries.
  • Daily follow all the Operators and Drivers fuel consumption, capacity and accordingly organize upgrading training.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
  • Implements and causes the implementation of the decisions of the Chief Executive Officer related to the overall equipment management.
  • Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements


  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering & BSc in Automotive Engineering.

Work Experience:

  • 7 years’ experience and working as Manger, Plant and Equipment
  •  Administration 2 years

Computer Literate:

  • Excel and word knowledgeable
