• Manage multiple projects of Axis’s services from concept through completion
• Supervise and inspire the digital/creative and sales team to generate ideas for pitching and proposals for best achievement;
• Provide quality control and monitoring keys over teams, concepts and projects,
• Media Management: Planning and executing integrated media plans, Gathering statistics, Preparing advertising Calendars; and Media Expenditure Budgeting based on client’s various initiatives
• Overseeing the timely placement of all media according to schedules,
  Supervising broadcast, online and offline Media monitoring and Data management, campaign analysis and optimizations
• Research: Conducting and maintaining record of market trends, innovations, and changes that affect marketing activities depending on industry variations.
  Preparing proposals & service packages for prospective clients
• Negotiating and overseeing outside vendor relationships
• preparation and presentation of client reports

Requirements

• BA/MA Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent;
• At least 2 years’ experience and a strong working knowledge of marketing management, media and creative process
• Must possess a thorough understanding of various industry market practices
• must know how to work with media partners and various industry clients
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing English
