Beyond Dance Studio is the first of its kind in Ethiopia offering a wide range of kids to young adult dance classes from ballet, jazz, hip hop, technique and beyond. We as a company are committed to grow your dancers at an accelerated rate through dedication and discipline. Beyond Dance’s vision is to introduce the joy of dance to hundreds of children across Addis Ababa. As a start-up dance studio, we are seeking motivated and innovative individuals who are looking for diverse work experiences.

We are looking to hire a passionate and experienced Marketing Director that is trained in one or more disciplines to join our lively children's and adults dance studio in the heart of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As a Marketing Director you will be responsible for leading, organizing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and consulting the CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of marketing operation (social, print, and digital)
  • Develop the track initiatives that drive growth through digital marketing platform
  • Sales visits and calls- schools and organization
  • Prepare weekly schedules and work assignments for instructors
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff
  • Ensure studio is maintained, cleaned and orderly
  • Maintaining excellent customer service
  • Business reports sent to owner on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • In charge of solving complaints, inquiries, and emergency
  • Monitor and control expenses with in allotted budget
  • Contribute to the successful running of the whole business
  • Following the brand guideline

Job Requirements

Requirement

  • BA degree in marketing, Business Administration, and related fields (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Graphics design, Adobe software’s and PS (mandatory)
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok , and email (mandatory)
  • 2 years related work experience (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English and Amharic both writing and speaking (mandatory)
  • High work ethic
  • Good communication skill
  • Strong management skill
  • Self-motivated
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
