QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Degree in Marketing from a well-recognized university or collegeMinimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not a must. Other skills:
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently
Self-starter and willing to carry out tasks without requiring supervision.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Working with the Sales, Promoter, finance head, store head, and technical manager department to address the problem.
Ability to create promotional messages and promotional materials to drive business.
Monitoring and updating the website with web designers.
Listening to customers feedbacks either directly from customers or indirectly from employees and social media platforms.
Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
Energetic and positive attitude towards the job.
