Description
To introduce consumers to a new brand or to remind them of our current brands in a memorable way that associates the specific brands with a positive experience that ultimately results in volume growth and or improvement in brand health measures
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct weekly Marketing activations with consumers at retail level within the mainstream channels
· Represent the company at product launches, events and trade shows.
· Educate customers and retailers about our brands.
· Build rapport with customers and consumers.
· Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
· Create a positive image and persuade consumers to consume our brands
· Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new consumer sales opportunities
· Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
· Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
· Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc.)

Job Requirements
· 2 years’ working experience, ideally for an FMCG company.
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
· Able to work flexible hours. Normally 14:00 to 22:00 rather than 08:00 – 17:00
· Prior experience in a customer service environment.
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
· Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
· Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
