Description

Office managers essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff. Responsibilities typically include:

 Tasks

  • organizing meetings and managing databases
  • booking transport and accommodation
  • organizing company events or conferences
  • ordering stationery and furniture
  • dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored

Job Requirements

Required qualification and experience

  • BA Degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration or relevant field
  •  3 to 4 years of relevant work experience as an Admin Assistance

Skillset of the candidate

  • English and Amharic fluent speaking
  • Computer: Microsoft Word/Excel/Amharic typing
  • Dedicated to do the work with a good sense of team spirit
