The Operations Lead handles the oversight on internal operations of ArifPay.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Operations Lead is tasked with executing the strategies developed by the CEO while taking initiative and proposing innovative strategies as well.

Day-to-day activities:

• Company’s Day-to-Day Operations

• Daily communication with the Management

• Creating operations strategies and policies

• Communicating operational strategies with the company’s employees

• Building employment alignment with company goals

Essential Functions:

• Provide leadership and management of all sales pathways

• Leading conversations with Go-to-Market commercial partners

• Measuring the performance and effectiveness of internal operations

• Lead the development of core growth strategies and their implementation

• Act as the lead for customer relations between clients and partners of ArifPay

• Represent the company with clients, investors, and business partners

Qualifications:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related discipline

• 3+ years of experience in leadership positions

• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues

• A solid grasp of software technology and performance metrics

Skills and Experience:

• High attention to detail

• Understanding of payments and fintech processes in general is a plus

• Experience in building repetitive and scalable organizational processes

• Experience in FMCG industry (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) is a plus
