Description
Haymete Group is engaged on importing and distributing spare parts. Our group is interested to hire very competent operations manager.
Task and Responsibilities
- Provides ongoing support for internal and external operations
- Communicate with management staff and customers regarding order flow process by communicating situations that could impact operations
- Monitor and maintain team performance standards
- Supervise all compliance on the day-to-day activities
- Identifying, contacting and establishing strong working relationship with buyers, suppliers, brokers, forwarders, transport companies and other involved parties.
- Making sure that the company follows the relevant governmental rules and regulations in its operations
- Ensure internal staff in sales, finance, warehousing and purchasing are competent on relevant matters related to the company operations
- Work closely with external parties, such as custom, brokers, freight forwarder and suppliers to drive continuous improvement, ensure quality performance and regulatory compliance
- Manage the receiving of import shipments coming from overseas
- Generate reports and communicate order progress, troubleshoot PO and invoicing issues
- Review Import documents from suppliers for accuracy and conformance with company standards
- Develop relevant documents and reports to higher management
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- First degree in management, Business Administration
- Automotive/Auto mechanics training is an advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in sales supervision with Mandatory 2 years Automobile Spare Parts Sales Experience
