Planning, execution, monitoring and reporting responsibilities of company resources (such as, finance, material, Information, human resource, administration and logistical issues).The position holder will also involve in recruitment and performance management of employees.

Key Performance I: Planning and coordination of policies and resources

SUMMARY

The OPERATIONS MANAGER responsible for companies overall operations. Planning, execution, monitoring and reporting responsibilities of company resources (such as, finance, material, Information, human resource, administration and logistical issues).The position holder will also involve in recruitment and performance management of employees.

Key performances:

Key Performance I: Planning and coordination of policies and resources

  •  Strategically Plan  annual/ interim   targets of the Sun sisters  trading  in collaboration with the General Manager and other line managers
  • Develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures
  • Provide necessary information or  recommendations to the GM for decision making or planning
  • Coordinate all departments and sections for the proper implementation of  targets and company various  policies
  • Develop  or prepare action plans and update the General Manager on regular bases
  • Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at meetings
  • Manage/supervise overall day-to-day coordination of  functional departments for efficient and effective  use of resources
  • Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.

Key Performance II: Human resources and administration Activities

  •  Provide an efficient, effective focused HR service, which supports all aspects of the employee’s relationship and engagement with the Organization including recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, training and development activities, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Organization policies
  • Take responsibility for the implementation and updating of all HR policy,
  •  Ensuring that all HR issues are dealt with within the timescales set out in the procedures of the Organization and that HR policies conform with current legislation.
  • Ensure all data on manual and database  records  are  accurate and up to date and provide accurate and timely reports as and when required
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment  process of new employees
  • Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice.
  • Creates an organizational climate conducive to constructive employee & labor relations
  • Making sure all government licenses and registrations are up to date
  • Making sure all location contracts are up to date
  • Going to authorization office to sign contracts on behalf of the company
  • Coordinate with HR clerk and other departments to insure that all needed staff are available
  • Undertake projects as agreed with general manager

 Key Performance III .Budgeting, stock and logistics activities

  •  Provide necessary monthly budget information to the GM for management decisions
  • Proving stock information to the GM weekly or as required
  • Supervise and manage various logistical activities
  • Manage vehicles and fleet accordingly,
  • Oversee the day to day activity of drivers using log- book.
  • Coordinate and follow vehicles insurance, 3rd party and related employee insurance cases.
  • Coordinate  all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment on timely bases
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the GM.

Job Requirements

Education

  • BA, Degree in Business Management or any other related field.
  • Experience required
  • 5 years or more as operations manager position, in a business or factory set up.
