FUNCTION/ASSIGNMENT IN THE PROJECT

• Capacity assessment of the enterprise (strengths, weaknesses and other issues) to be verified by the capacity assessment report produced
• Develop organizational strategic plan to be measured by strategic plan document
• Develop human resource management and development manual to be measured by the HRM manual
• Develop financial and non-financial resource management manual to be measured by the document
• Training of enterprise management and staffs on the developed organizational manuals

JOB REQUIREMENT

MA in business management, organizational leadership and related fields with at least 5 years hands on experience
