MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
• Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and establish internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Lead team to implement change.
• Manage and implement business continuity plans.
• Manage the customer experience.
• Monitor income and expenses.
• Optimize workforce for service excellence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Education 

• Diploma in Food & Beverage service/ Hotel Management/Operation or related field

Experience 

• 3/5 years of relevant experience in highly reputable hotels
