MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer purchasing and receiving procedures.
- Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and establish internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Lead team to implement change.
- Manage and implement business continuity plans.
- Manage the customer experience.
- Monitor income and expenses.
- Optimize workforce for service excellence.
Term Of Employment :
All applicants should be ready to work in shift timing
- Diploma in Food & Beverage service/ Hotel Management/Operation or related field
- 3/5 years of relevant experience in highly reputable hotels
Additional Required Skill and Basic Competencies
- Good interpersonal communication & Customer handling skills
- Problem-solving skills
