JOB REQUIREMENT

• Qualification: Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health or related field, a Master’s degree is desirable.
• Experience: At least 8 progressive years of experience as a specialist with a reputable NGO or donor agency. Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of project management principles, theories, and practices especially on community and government engagement processes.
• experience under USAID funded projects is highly required.

Recruitment is contingent upon successful award of the project and the selection of the final applicant is subject to USAID approval.
