MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of principles & methods of training design, content development, training implementation and post training impact assessment.
• Ability to develop PowerPoint, training module and exam content
• Ability to develop project proposals
• Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationship with others and etc… other
• Design effective training programs
• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
• Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor performance and response to training
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes

 Location: Addis Ababa, Bole Medehanialem, Helzer Tower, 3rd floor in front of Sheger Building 

Education & Experience

• BSc in psychology, sociology, social work or other related field of study and graduates of 2019 2020 and 2021.
• Experience in training is advantageous

Skills

• Excellent communication skill , specially writing and verbal skill and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify gaps in skills.
• Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
