He/She is responsible to Regularly assess key IFB resource opportunity areas and identify corporate deposit customers; Undertake generic duties of the Division (planning, budgeting, coaching, mentoring, supervision and reporting). Developing draft IFB resource mobilization strategy, guidelines/techniques and compile and share best practices/experiences; Identifies the performance/skill gap of performers and arranges the required training/education in collaboration with the Director- IFB, Ensure segregation of accounts and funds of the IFB business with that of the conventional one and ensure proper consolidation at Branch level., Organize events like customer session and visit program, Prepare IFB deposit performance report of districts/branches and submit to the Manger Operation for review; Performs other activities assigned to do by his/her immediate supervisor.
Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Accounting/ Management / Economics/ Business Administration or business related field of study Minimum 6 years of related work experience of which 2 years at senior officer level.
working in IFB area is preferable
