Responsibilities:
- Prompt Handling of customer printing work requirements coming in the office
- Prompt Handling of customer printing work requirements coming in by e-mail
- Prompt Handling of customer printing work requirements coming in by telephone
- Distribute e-mail inbox messages to rest of the team
- Redirect new design requests to design department head
- Prompt Managing of customer feedback
- Prompt Managing of customer complaints
- Opening Job order
- Prepare quotations
- Managing printing process stakeholders up to completion of work (stakeholders are designers, print operator, suppliers, clients)
- Managing print work scheduling and prioritisation
- Checking if printing work is performed as per client requirements
- Managing of outsourced printing and production works
- Make small adjustments to designs submitted by the clients
- Prepare proof for client approval
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer handling experience
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English language
- Good knowledge of Adobe creative works
- Good knowledge of Corel draw
- We will consider a big advantage if candidate have experience in the printing industry
