Description
Purpose of the job
The major purpose of the job is to drive the Local Follow-up System updates smoothly & operate fully on the Purchase Module of CMMS for all local technical purchases. The Job holder is expected to work closely, give support & guide to site procurement follow up operators as well.
Main duties & responsibilities
- Register & allocate new RFQ to purchasers based on the categories.
- Collect the pipeline purchase status & update daily to the system.
- Respond timely to all queries from the CMMS team on cleaning outstanding purchases.
- Offer full & timely clarification for finance & user units.
- Upload CASI [Cash Sales Invoice] to the system.
- Generate periodical reports as required by users.
- Carry out the Procurement Follow up Operators tasks in his/her absence/workload.
- Support site procurement follows up operator & team on system work.
- Follow also procurement KPI’s.
- Carry out other supportive tasks in the department, during staff absence/workload.
Job Requirements
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially MS Word, Ms. Excel, MS Outlook)
- Hand on skill to communicate the suppliers & requestors on mail.
- Ability to work on Database
- Skill to work on Web-based Local Procurement follow up system, Right attitude to be a good team player,
- Ability to respond to urgencies,
- Result oriented, attention to detail.
- Should have a driving license,
- Respect the company rules & regulations of safety.
