Prepares procurement planning and receiving a complete inventory description or reference
Study and apply the Public procurement regulations of the procurement and use of public goods issued by the Ministry of Finance in connection with the purchase of goods;
The bid notification shall be submitted to the lender’s website by preparing a declaration of interest
Prepare and send out a Competition Review Request and Selected Competition
Domestic and foreign procurement auction. will conduct a technical and financial review.
Responsible for coordinating and assisting with sustainable procurement initiatives,
Operating procurement throughout IFMIS,
Monitoring internal procurement systems,
Supporting procurement projects across planning providing procurement advice to commission staff,
Negotiating new supply agreements and renegotiating existing supply agreements.
Identification and implementation of opportunities for new and integrated supply agreements.
Development of Key Performance Indicators for new and existing suppliers and monitoring of these. •
Monitor internal procurement systems and processes and ensure that compliance is achieved across the organization. •
Undertake specific procurement and financial services projects and provide ongoing monitoring as required including working with budget.
Provide staff with training on procurement systems and processes to a knowledge level relevant to their position.
Job Requirements

Education and Experience

MA in Purchasing Management, Accounting and Management
GPA for Male 2.8 and Female 2.6 and above
A minimum of 6 years of work experience in related field
Job Grade: XIV
