Job Summary
The Production Lead operator is responsible for the proper functioning of the production process lines (i.e. Soap finishing and Detergent).DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Production lead operator must have proven experience for the end to end soap and detergent manufacturing process with respect to discharge simple maintenance activities during brake down of production equipment.
· Ensure wastage is below the given standards.
· To coordinate effectively with individual machine operators, Technical teams, Stores keepers & QCA technicians for the achievement of the plan in quantity with the right product quality standards.
· Emphasis on 5-s and Kaizen pillars in process/premise.
· Report to Production supervisor and update regularly day to day activities on the production shop floor.
· Measure line efficiency hourly basis and improve upon.
· Submit production data on time with accurate figures & facts to the immediate supervisors.
· Strictly follow the preventive and break down maintenance schedule and cooperate as a member of the task force.
· Conduct RCA and come up with a solution for the process bottlenecks.
· Any other duty which may be assigned on time to time basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:-
· Technology/Engineering Degree graduate
· Previous experience in machine operating and process under similar firm
· Computer skill
Experience: -
· 2+years’ experience in Production Technology, Process and Operator role.
