The animal feed Processing plant is working in three shifts with the capacity of producing 1,200 quintals per day. The plant is fully automated and computer aided. The Production Manager is supposed to lead the overall production process. He/She is Accountable to General Manager of the company. the Machine Operator and has to have mechanical or industrial knowledge.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare production schedule,  work orders and program
• Prepare a cost effective production recipe and mix formula.
• Ensure the production of required quality and quantity of product.
• Supervise the overall performance of the production line employees.
• Prepare periodic report of the production department.
• Control the cleanliness of the production room, maintenance procedure.
• Assist the General manager in other task

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Education

• Degree / Diploma Mechanical Machine & Drive Servicing , Industrial or Related field
• 6 / 8 Years of experience in similar work
