DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· The Production Supervisors are a management professional with a good technical understanding of manufacturing, general or chemical engineering or Industrial technology. Supervisors have proficient mechanical skills and display excellent personal qualities.
· The Supervisor provides the governance function for a cluster of semi-autonomous teams & manufacturing people, delivering management and leadership support for performance monitoring, overtime allocation, working patterns and dispute resolution.
· The Supervisor retains responsibility for the Technical and Basic Operators and also involved in the day to day team management beyond the monitoring and performance management role.
· Leading improvement projects for operational processes, supervisors have a strong understanding of the end to end manufacturing process. This includes the chemical and electro-mechanical processes and controls.
· She/he is able to interpret technical diagnostics, identify key issues and process risks. Supervisors possess the leadership skills to act with speed and rigor.
· Cooperate with semi-autonomous team’s work to counter losses and eradicate waste.
· Skills for problem-solving, coaching and innovating are central to his/her role.
· Report to Production Manager and update regularly day to day activities on the production shop floor.
· Measure productivity /OEE on a daily basis and improve upon.
· Complying KPIs that allied to production.
· Provide information related to the requirement of resources such as raw material well in time for the acquisition to Manager (PD).
· Ensure proper implementation of EHS guidelines and Policies
· Submit reports on time with accurate figures & facts to the Manager PD.
· Any other duty which may be assigned on time to time basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:-
· A Technical Bachelor’s Degree
· Previous manufacturing people-leadership experience
· Experience in HAZOPs and Safety approval systems (e.g. SIMAS)
· Knowledge of MS Office, SAP & SCADA
Experience: -
· 5+years’ experience in Technology, Engineering, Process and Supervisory role.
