Maintain a competent understanding of the company’s products, functions, and services

·         Understand requirements for each training and customers and Coordinate the customer service area along with the agents

·         Control and oversee the impartation and training rooms facilities

·         Schedule and coordinate the impartation space and training rooms

·         Contact customers regarding schedule cancellations, any updates, product pick up, training start-ups etc

·         Coordinate in-service team, assign roles, and avail necessary logistics and manage all program operations

·         Oversee programs happenings and act quickly to resolve problems, Evaluate the program’s success

·         Perform any other related task as asked by your supervisor

.  BA in Hotel management, marketing, communication or any other related field of study with proven experience as Program Coordinator/ Customer service coordinator

·         Excellent coordinating skill with outstanding communication and negotiation ability

·         Well organized with multi-tasking skills, Able to handle stress and remain calm

·         Problem-solving ability
