Description

- Checks and controls documents related to administrative functions.
- Manages and facilitates offices and project environments/components.
- Handles labor cases and manages project human resources.
- Plans and supervises administrative works.
- Requests and follows up the necessary office materials after the approval of the HQ.
- Manages over all actives of the employees of project.
- Supervises and takes action to ensure the availability of utilities: water supply, electricity, telephone, cafeteria, toilet, rooms and others.
- Periodically prepares and forwards reports to the HR and Admin Department.
Job Requirement
- Qualification: BA/Diploma in Management, Human Resource Management or related business fields
- Work Experience: 4/5 Years ,
- Age: 40-50
Special Experience:
- Computer Skill
- Strong written and verbal communication and logical skills
- Good understanding of Labor related laws
- Work in a team
Location: Ayat Phase II and III Projects
