KEMMCOM’s Corporate Development Practice Area supports the development and execution of both strategic, tactical, and operational plans that support the development of public, private, and non-profit organisations.
Reporting directly to the Head of Practice- Corporate Development, the Project Associate- Corporate Development provides project and administrative support for the Practice Area and members of the KEMMCOM team in a collaborative work environment.
The candidate will specifically work on the Mekari pilot project which focuses on recruiting, training and placing restorative care workers to elderlies in Ethiopia and abroad. The candidate will also serve as the main point of contact for everything related to the Mekari project and deliver on tasks and well-defined milestones.
The ideal candidate would have a strong background and/or interest in corporate and institutional development with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, project management, and organisational skills.
The Project Associate will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle multiple activities at a time.
