Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/construction management / construction technology and related field
Work experience
- A minimum of with ten (10) years experience in carrying out design and construction projects.
- Five (5) years experience as a civil work designer.
- Three (3) years experience as a project manager or team leader in building design or construction projects.
- Experience in use of Computer Aided Design and Drafting.
- Permanent employee of the firm/Associate firm (3 yrs.) in the last 3 yr or extended work relation with the firm / Associate firm (5 yrs.) in the last 7 yrs.
- Estimated Service Period Duration to each Block: 8 months)
- Min. Number Required: One for the whole project
- Required man-month Input: 14 Man-months.
