JOB REQUIREMENT

Education and general experience: BSc degree in civil engineering /construction technology and management or related filed with 5 years and above work experiences or MSc degree in civil engineer /construction technology and management or related filed with 3 years and above experiences.

Specific experiences :- the following specific experiences are also required for the position

• Overall Project management
• Preparation /evaluation of different technical, non-technical and financial document
• Monitoring the construction activities
• Skill of using Engineering and other related soft wares and applications
• Prepare and follow work schedules
• Regularly progress reporting to client
• Checking the payment certificates
• Site work controlling
• Ability to coordinate several tasks of the project
• Contract administration and any other activities related to the project
