Wey Insights and Marketing PLC is a marketing firm that specializes in research work and we are looking for a project manager to hire for a contract base with the possibility of extending to a full-time position.

The list of major activities the project manager is expected to deliver but not limited to are as follows;

  • Serve as a client service for all or some projects as needed
    • Communicate client on behalf of the company via email, phone or other mediums
    • Meet and liaison up with clients, 3rd parties and venders on behalf of the company
  • Desk reviews
    • Literature reviews on projects
    • Secondary and public data collection and reviews
    • Prepare full narrative and quantified report on desk review findings
  • Manage primary data collection
    • Plan work plans and time line of projects
    •  Recruit field workers
    • Conduct phone surveys (if needed)
    • Deploy team to the filed
  •  Mange, and monitor field workers
    • Prepare training module for field workers and enumerators
    • Provide training to field workers
    • Quality check – editorial checking, data scrutinizing,
  • Write up documents
    • Analyze data findings – able to work with analysis software
    • Prepare report both qualitative and quantitative basing on the primary data


  • Mon – Friday from 8:30 am till 5:30 pm

Job Requirements


  • BA Degree from known University or college
  • 3years + experience in research works, project management, marketing, and related fields
  • Flute in Amharic and English languages
  • Intermediate computer skill especially proficient in Excel, PPT, and Word
