Description
Wey Insights and Marketing PLC is a marketing firm that specializes in research work and we are looking for a project manager to hire for a contract base with the possibility of extending to a full-time position.
The list of major activities the project manager is expected to deliver but not limited to are as follows;
- Serve as a client service for all or some projects as needed
- Communicate client on behalf of the company via email, phone or other mediums
- Meet and liaison up with clients, 3rd parties and venders on behalf of the company
- Desk reviews
- Literature reviews on projects
- Secondary and public data collection and reviews
- Prepare full narrative and quantified report on desk review findings
- Manage primary data collection
- Plan work plans and time line of projects
- Recruit field workers
- Conduct phone surveys (if needed)
- Deploy team to the filed
- Mange, and monitor field workers
- Prepare training module for field workers and enumerators
- Provide training to field workers
- Quality check – editorial checking, data scrutinizing,
- Write up documents
- Analyze data findings – able to work with analysis software
- Prepare report both qualitative and quantitative basing on the primary data
WORKING DAYS
- Mon – Friday from 8:30 am till 5:30 pm
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATION
- BA Degree from known University or college
- 3years + experience in research works, project management, marketing, and related fields
- Flute in Amharic and English languages
- Intermediate computer skill especially proficient in Excel, PPT, and Word
