KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

Sales targets and requirements

• Execute sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

• Deliver action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. •

Provide timely feedback to sales manager regarding performance.

• Consistent research on competition pricing & activities.

• Assist Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.

• Weekly reporting of sales activities

• Achieve sales target

• Will be responsible for selling across properties to investors.

• Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.

• Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.

• Attend to inquiries from any walk-in clients.

• Build awareness and knowledge of the property market.

• Creating data base of potential customers and targeting new markets in order to identify new target groups

• Communicate with other Sales team members and Post Sales point of contact to ensure strong coordination of assigned leads

• Provide mentor-ship to other Property Advisers

Product Knowledge

• Ensure extensive product knowledge

• Keep up to date with market trends

• Providing innovative ideas and selling strategies in order to achieve required goals

• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Client Management

• Manage the client from initiation until closure

• Provide strong opening, follow up and assertive enthusiasm in customer relationship management

• Prompt answering of inquiry of every client.

• Maintaining relationships with present and future customers

• Sending out details of new properties on the market to potential customers

Lead management

• Daily update of assigned leads

• Daily phone calls with leads and clients

• Daily meeting at the office with leads and clients

Prospecting activity

• Daily prospecting for new leads

• Attending to the mall shift when needed

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field Preferred Experience:

• 2-4 years proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate industry.

Job Specific Skills:

• Proven track record in surpassing sales revenue budgets

• Experience selling across to high net worth individuals.

• Understanding of the property market.

• Ideally from the following industries

-  Real Estate

-  High End Automotive

-  Investment Management

-  Time-Share / Vacation Ownership

-  Life Insurance

• Intensive product knowledge
