Tips: Assisting the Associate Protection Officer or Associate GBV Officer and/or the Protection Officer or GBV Officer in the preparations and holdings of the coordination meetings of the GBV sub-working group (and/or Protection Working Group) or support follow-up required within GBV sub-clusters chaired by other organizations.
Support the development of coordination tools such as referral pathways;
Contribute to safety audits and other relevant assessments.
Contribute to analysis of GBV trends and gaps, including by assisting with drafting briefing notes and analytical reports.
Contribute to support other sectors/units on GBV risk mitigation under overall guidance of Associate Protection Officer or Associate GBV Officer / Protection Officer or GBV Officer. Contribute to the design of GBV prevention, risk mitigation and response interventions.
Support in providing technical guidance to partners and government counterparts on GBV minimum standards under overall direction of the supervisor. I have understand my responsibilities on this position by lead on quantitative data analysis and report writing for the unit’s assessment, surveys and others surveys related to the behavior change strategy; Support project management with the preparation of timely Donor Reports to ensure compliance with
key programme indicators and objectives; Organize and conduct training activities in Monitoring and Evaluation to .Prepare and manage external evaluations and conduct internal performance and impact evaluations and other accountability reports as required; including analysis of the findings and providing recommendations; Support project staff with after action reviews and documentation of learning; Support the measure of project impacts and. Support the development of improved information management systems within the office;, Perform such other duties as may be assigned at depending equity and equalities of the gender.
I have three and half years exprience in Afar where displaced community in two woreda of Asayta and Berhale woredas which where displaced from thier current place by the cooperation work of DRDIP, UNCIAF and Afar Water, Irrigation and Energy Bureau preparing the monthly,Annual palans of trains,rehabitation, Monitoring and reporting expert. Current I am work in water, irrigation and Energy bureau on the above expressed position. When on UNHCR workforce I must individually and collectively, contribute towards a working environment where each person feels safe, and empowered to perform their duties.
