Objectives

Training and consulting of management and staff members of a Garment factory and enabling the factory to be certified on QMS (ISO 9001).

Scope

The intended consultancy service for Garment factory located in Hawassa Industry Park

Outputs and Deliverables

• The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks and deliverables:
• Design/refine training methodology, present a detailed work plan on steps and requirements which are necessary for acquiring QMS certificate
• Execute and train responsible staff and management members about QMS and how to acquire it
• Enable the enterprise for acquiring QMS certificate
• Present update achievements and evaluations as per agreement

Timeline

The time frame for this work will be 3 months after signing the formal contract agreement.

Evaluation

The consultancy should deliver a technical and financial proposal that will be assessed as follows:

Financial Proposal

• Maximum 30 points for the lowest eligible bid. Others get proportionally less

Requirement and Selection Criteria of Consultant

The consultancy is open to both individual consultants and consultancy firms. The requirements are as follows:

Eligibility criteria

• Track  record  and  demonstrated  experience  regarding  ISO certification
• Reference   letters   from   organizations   who   commissioned   such activities
• Renewed  Business License ,VAT and TIN registration certificate
