The position of quality manager is aim to ensure that the service we provide is comply to sited standard, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance, ISO Standards and customer expectations. As a quality manager, sometimes called a quality assurance manager, the onboarded employee will coordinate the activities required to meet these quality standards. His/her role is concerned with monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a quality manager he/she will typically need to:
  • Develop and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • Review customer requirements and make sure they are met
  • Work with respective staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
  • Set standards for quality as well as health and safety
  •  Make sure that imported products meet international and national standards
  • Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
  • Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
  • Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
  • monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports
  •  Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
  • Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements
  • Assess the effectiveness of changes made
  • Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
  • Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors
  • Train and manage a team of all staffs on QMS.
  •  Responsible to manage and Insure personnel management system as per the national civil servant proclamation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Although a career as a quality manager is open to all graduates, a degree or above in a relevant area is particularly useful, especially if it includes quality management modules.

Preferably

  •  BA or above in Business management BSc or Above in Pharmacist BSc or Above in Medical Laboratory

Work experience

  •  Experience in implementation of ISO standards and relevant experience is preferable.
