We are looking to hire candidates based on the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Develop, Manage, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan
• Regularly collaborate with Customer Service and warehouse and prioritize fabric inspection based on the urgency of the order
• Effectively interact with technical, development and production team
• Review inspection data to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the inspection reports
• Supervise in handling of sample evaluation and production approval
• Work to meet the key expectations of fabric inspectors where appropriate, and build and maintain effective and respectful working relationships to drive high fabric inspector engagement.
• Responsible for each aspect of quality and product assembly
• Doing in-line inspection to check quality
• To conduct pre -production meeting

Qualification, Experience and Skills

• Bsc Degree in Garment and textile Engineering or with other related fields Three(3) and above years of experience in investment and business development related sectors
• Experience in manufacturing factories especially Textile and Garment
• Good report writing, planning, and problem-solving, English communication skills
• Good working knowledge of computer office applications such as Microsoft office, excel
• Ability to manage large group of teams and promote good work environment
