Position: Radio Serial Drama Associate Producer

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all aspects of activities relating to pre-production of the radio serial drama including recruitment of actors and actresses and their compliance to rehearsal and recording time table.
• Responsible for the planning, directing the development of production schedules and the compliance of all participants in these regards.
• Responsible for ensuring that the rehearsal & recording sessions for casting, to ensure every RSD production & transmission runs on schedule, and for the provision of professional assistance to the Radio Serial Drama Producer.
• Responsible for directing presenters, content makers, assistants and other crew members.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa with some field work.
