Overall Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers through various Channels using voice or text Messages and Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Welcoming customers and Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Scheduling Appointments, and remind Customers up on the schedule
- Understanding customer needs, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, appointments, transactions, comments and complaints
JOB REQUIREMENT
- BA in Sales and Marketing/ Customer service, Journalism, public relation or any field of study who has interest to take the responsibility
- one-year experience
