Overall Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers through various Channels using voice or text Messages and Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Welcoming customers and Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Scheduling Appointments, and remind Customers up on the schedule
  • Understanding customer needs, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, appointments, transactions, comments and complaints

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • BA in Sales and Marketing/ Customer service, Journalism, public relation or any field of study who has interest to take the responsibility
  • one-year experience
