MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The regional coordinator under the overall guidance of the project coordinator and project monitoring & evaluation manager based at HI & FENAPD provides overall coordination and technical oversight to the HELASEA project implementation in the region assigned Woredas. The Regional coordinator is the core contact focal point/ person in the region/zone. She/he is responsible for assuring that the HELASEA project implementation is well planned, coordinated and consulted among the HELASEA project team, regional BOLSA bureau and other relevant stakeholders. She/he must demonstrate result-oriented extensive competencies for compelling Result-Based Management approaches and outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

BA or MA degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Special Needs Education  and other related field of studies

Relevant Experience in Project and Disability 3 Years for MA, 5 years for BA

Duty station :Hawassa
