JOB DESCRIPTION
Establish and maintain regular contact with agents and/or direct sales required in those designed market areas
Monitor weekly and monthly performance and submit written reports
Be the eyes and ears of the company constantly assessing competitors, pricing and shifts on buying preferences
Identify potential new agents
The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales and customer relationship experience preferably in the FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
Be prepared to travel to all regions in Ethiopia to undertake the tasks described above. Company transport is provided including expenses for such trips.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Qualifications: BA Degree from recognized university in Marketing, Management or Public Relations
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales and customer relationship operations.
Languages: Amharic, Afan Oromo, English. Tigrigna would be plus.
