Description
- Conduct face-to-face customer visits, develop customer base, and get more RFQ opportunities
- Quote customers for RFQs and inquires using understand and apply pricing policies and procedures
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining solutions to customers and prospective customers
- Collect and report customer feedback
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess system needs and to determine system requirements
- Secure and renew orders and arrange implementations
- Help in researching and developing new products
- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer information and sales activity
- Provide customer service for the best result
- Account receivable management, ensure timely and accurate fund recovery
- Other duties as required by supervisor
