Main Responsibilities

• Planning, leading, coordinating, and controlling sales activities
• Identifying market opportunities and customers need
• Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Meeting planned sales goals

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and update existing customer databases
• Manage, follow-up and maintain sales activities
• Adequately explain and promote company’s services through presentations, brochures, videos and other materials.
• Build excellent relationships with the Customers.
• Ensure that the company’s solutions and services can be delivered on the customer’s requirements
• Create letters/correspondence, sales documentation, and sales management tools
• Occasionally prepare and facilitate standard proposals and documents
• Support channel partner activities, marketing events, and initiatives associated with assigned accounts
• Willingness to travel to outside Addis Ababa
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Education and Experience

• BA in Business Administration, MIS, Marketing Management.
• 2+ years of sales experience

Skill Required

• Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and publisher
• Team player, collaborative personality, with excellent written communication, oral communication, and time management skills– Contact clients and develop client relationships
• Strong industry experience specially on the IT solutions
• Customer relationship management skill
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated
