We are looking for a motivated and passionate sales self-starter to join our remote team and work remotely within Europe (preferred locations are Africa / India / Turkey / Switzerland / Germany / Iraq / Azerbaijan / Uzbekistan / Kyrgyzstan / Morocco). We are currently focusing on candidates from Peru, as we are trying to expand our presence in the Latin American Market.

iBGames was founded in 2010 and brought together high-quality professionals working in iGaming software development. Over the past years, our team has grown and evolved. We explore and implement all the best tendencies in the gambling industry that allows us to attract and keep the constant interest of players in our products. At the same time, the constant quality and assortment of classical games ensure the loyalty of the conservative part of users. We develop functional, simple, and reliable game platforms. Our customers are able to set up and run software at very short notice, as they have access to all information about their project, including analysts of work for any period.
We are looking for a passionate Sales manager with experience in iGaming. You will work on your own client base, generating new leads and converting them into customers.
To be successful in the role you are already well connected in the iGaming industry – you may understand the challenges presenting prospects with rising acquisition costs and competitive markets. You may work with a platform or game provider offering a service to the industry and understand all the various moving parts that help create a great iGaming product.
- Generating leads and converting them into customers
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding and supporting their needs
- Adopting various techniques to garner the attention of the product
- Achieving sales targets and outcomes within the agreed time
- Working as part of the Sales team and being in touch with a team upon request
- In-time communication of meeting deadlines, questions, sick leave, days off / vacation; provides thought transparency
- Organizing your work and lifestyle, prioritizing tasks for the day/week; figuring out what needs to be done, and then getting it done

- Experience in sales within the iGaming industry and supporting customers
- Experience with sales in such regions: Africa/ India / Turkey / Switzerland / Germany / Iraq / Azerbaijan / Uzbekistan / Kyrgyzstan or Morocco
- Experience in generating leads
- Understanding the market you work on and client needs
- Ability to increase your team if needed
- Fluent/Advanced English in both written and spoken English
- 100% remote, flexible working hours (We don’t need you to work the exact amount of time - you can schedule your working hours yourself - combine your main job and iBGames)
