Description
- Set sales target by SKU on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales report
- Coordinate the sales, sales Assistant and Sales drivers in order to achieve the sales objective
- Supervise the general sales activities by preparing route plan
- Support the sales activities by route riding with the salesperson
- Visit different outlet types by back checking and supervision visiting
- Ensure the proper storage of products in the given territory
- Make sure the visibility and availability of our products are excellent in the given area
- Scan the market perpetually and report to the manager about competitors and other market
- Situations.
- Coach, train, counsel, recruit and discipline employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Management, marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as sales Supervisor.
- Experience in Water Industry is an advantage.
