Our Company SBG industry PLC seeks to hire competent, experienced & aspiring applicants to fill the Sales Supervisor vacant position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate leads and drives sales
• Gather and report the agents status on sales volume and distribution a weekly base.
• Maintain and develop  relationship with the potential clients with the aim of making more sales
• Processing and batching of distributors order to the company
• Undertake marketing campaign with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing product sales
• Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow-up orders and distribution.
• Anticipate the client need and provide appropriate solution to meet those needs
• Effectively Participate in events in promoting our products
• Following up and recording of daily sales of domestic and Addis Ababa Agents.
• Perform other related duties as may be required by immediate boss

Required Education and Experience

• BA Degree in Marketing/Business Management /Economics or equivalent & 4 years related experience
