• Build proposals out of templates (with guidance)
• Counting floor plans for quotations
• Dairy management - organise meetings with clients/prospects
• Organise, manage and track shipments/deliveries
• Liaison internally and externally regarding project tasks
• Answer calls when online, pick up message and forward as required
• Check Accounts and Hello mailboxes to forward appropriate comms

Experience:

• 5 years & above experience in similar position, has been used to working in large organisation.
• Must be able to write and speak fluently in English and have an excellent communication skills.

• BA Degree
